    Evraz buys a blocking stake but does a quid pro quo deal with the Chinese to get his approval for Delong if he doesnt stand in the way on CFE buy out. They agree now he just twists the stake which cost him 37 cents and opens a window for the chinese to bid for the lot on the cheap to boot(if they want) This guy isnt a billionaire for nothing...welcome to the world
