Sentiment will turn around - the FA is too strong, the connections worldwide also too strong. I believe that is not the issue mid to long term for the company. A significant DLI holder/s is selling out, quite rightly pointed out by you as an iceberg seller some time ago - has been since the merger. Add to that, the pip traders that jumped in and held ON from yesterday on the news - suddenly we have the increasing volume of selling - again, rightly pointed out by you. Credit where credit is due. I would suggest though - do not look at this company as your standard penny, retail investor drain agent. Research management @Jasox as your most important first reference.

I also agree with you to some extent about consolidation. 2 years ago I had the conversation with JW and others at management around getting it done earlier rather than later. Lets get it done and move on. I discussed it here on the threads, to the dismay of a few and to the agreed understanding of others. Those discussions changed my thinking and enabled me to understand their position. So......

What you may and others may not be aware of is the method of the madness in increasing to such a level of high SOi - is premeditated by the BOD's. The company's strategy was designed to protect shareholder wealth. They have a confidence in where the business will grow to and the quality of the tech scaling into positive revenue based economics for the business. To consol now would erode shareholder wealth as the price will continue to hover and/or fall until DFS delivered, P1 timelines confirmed, financiers/partners/off take agreements announced. The BODs whole concept was to get the company funded to PP - which they have. Prove the tech, prove the quality of the results - which they have. Funded now until mid 2020 without completing a premature consol. Once the business model is complete with partners in hand - at that point (around P1 stage) - I expect the consol alongside the announcement of a major player coming on baord. And, in the BOD's mind, shareholder wealth at that point is protected following the consol.

Would be surprised if earlier - but hey, things always change so who knows.
