Hi Parto ,, they seem pretty open , you should email them any discrepancies that you have identified. You may be surprised especially if they are not errors ,,, it would seem these guys have been in contact with LCT and obviously received answers to their queries.

I'm not saying these guys are going to be successful but they are sharing a plan and have a strategy that they are willing to share.

If LCT Management were going to put up any resistance they would have ,, I think they now their days are numbered ,,
Ive had more updates from Assen ,,, the whole wait and see was never going to work,,especially on a commercial entity . either you can make a medical claim or you cant,,, thats what Patients are paying for ... not it will be circa $100k for treatment at? and you can expect? in ?amount of time?

These Patients have PD they abilities deteriorating so having an implant then ?????????? what can they really expect...

The strategy offered of a Trial for 30 sounds far superior to 12,,, plus I don't think the investment community will follow current LCT Management , mainly as they are poor communicators and havent commercialized anything in 19 years,, plus selling a half a JV that had a book value of $25m for $3m smacks of keep the wages coming to me.... because i dont see results toward any income generated from the JV sale money..
They should have investigated selling the half of the JV to a third party or at least tendered it? to get fair market value?
