Demand for shares is still weak, even at these very low levels. I don’t think RVR represents fair value yet but it’s getting closer. But even then only for those with long term investment horizon
Having said this. I think RVR is currently vulnerable to a sudden deterioration in macro outlook eg caused by breakdown in trade negs or post FOMC correction. So while I’m a buyer at 14c, I’ll keep powder dry for the possibility of 10 or 11c capitulation
perhaps I’m excessively cautious but I’ve seen enough investors lose their capital in this raging bonfire to tread warily
