small volume sales, page-9

Not sure if anyone read the last appendix 3b but 19m shares were issued to a financial deptor who lend money to NET, and NET gave them shares @ $0.55
My argument is that this financial institution is selling the shares in small packets. I have watched the sales closely and the time frames of the 10k share sales, it's definitely done by a computer.
They can't dump all of them at once obviously, and at this rate I assume it will take them 2-3months to unload.
