Ann: Cynata confirms receipt of indicative non-binding proposal, page-335

1) As most long termers would be aware there is a Cynata Supporters email list which (so far as I am aware if you just ask Ross to add your email he'll put you on it). There was an update re the announcement this morning just basically linking the ASX announcement.

But there was also a nice little comment at the bottom that isn't news but is good to hear because it makes clear the situation with Sumi hasn't changed at least as of this morning.

My bolding.

"Meanwhile our dialogue continues with Sumitomo Dainippon Pharma Co., Ltd in response to their indicative, non-binding and conditional acquisition proposal announced on 19 July, 2019."

3) Separately again I did ask Ross for some clarifications with respect to the announcement. As any shareholder could and still can (if they want confirmation) still do I presume.

1) The option taken by Fuji does include manufacturing - for GvHD not more generally.
2) Initially (whilst they get their own facilities ready) Fuji will be able to get cells from CYP who have so far had them manufactured elsewhere.
3) 2026 is the correct amended date for the milestone. (I don't know when it was amended from 2024) but it is now 2026.
