If they do get to restart I presume that OGC have political risk insurance?
If so I wonder if they will be eligible for a claim to cover restart/loss of income and court costs??
KCN had their mine shut down in Thailand, still an ongoing battle but again it was because of supposed environmental breaches that are apparently not true. however they did get an issurance settlement but still no where near enough to cover their losses which they are still going after the thai government for.
