Not sure they will do that. Page 12 of the offer, if you don't accept and if Ibaera are in a position to compulsorily acquire your shares, they will do so and still only pay our the offer price of $0.028. Not sure what conditions would need to be met for them to 'compulsorily acquire your shares'.

Sounds like if enough people accept the offer and they have enough shares, they can do what they want.

I do have mixed feelings about this, I really was hoping to see this company build and start producing gold and repay shareholders with dividends and capital growth. But I feel they are still years away from that.
