Something is definitely happening in the background, this is the first time i've seen a stock do a cap raise and not fall to the fall price 26c
but rise 40%.
it looks like someone is letting it drop a bit and waits for the larger sell orders to appear at 40c and line wipes them for fun.
That $50,000 line wipe at 40c at 2:07 was the perfect example.
It was definitely heading for a drop, they could have easily waited for the stop losses to kick in.
My gut feeling is that it is an insto.
