they didnt have to financially but they did for the market, its a good call from management more dilujtion but now we are on our way and in this enviroment you dont want to be needing cash and LVT NEVER will again ( unless a Merger or Aquisition) They are cashed up , they are growing revenue, cash flow positive next year to 18 months arr over 100m in 2 years - this is the start.
