Not a good look. Paying a NED to become an executive 600+ tells me the financing is not done - hence the incentivisation.
I hope these guys dont fluff it. The Chairman seems confident about pr-emptives - maybe this will be the source of Finance for FAR a negotiated deal with WPL - lets hope then the stock will really take off without the cloud of fundraising.
