Hi kikker - as you would know there is actually a substantial lead time from acquiring a project through to production & supplying to market.
Say a suitor acquires KV sometime in 2020 - they then need 12 to 18 months of obtaining permits, approvals and planning.
That takes us into 2022, and possibly construction begins in 2022 and takes another 12 to 18 months...this takes us into 2024.
Then you take another 6 months of commissioning and production....this mean no product from KV will be ready until 2025 at least.
Therefore, regardless of "current state of Lit market" - its what's happening 5 years later that is what a buyer for KV will be looking at - not what 2019 Lit market looks like...IMO
