Utter nonsense. As if FIRB can prove that is the case. Why then did Vi Plus and Farm Daisy receive SAMR approval? Simple facts are the Chinese haven't got round to the Bellamy's file. Yes after take over in December the Bellamy's file will be first order of business but FIRB can't prove anything and it's beyond their scope.
