That doesn't really make sense, does it? If there's a lot happening that we don't know about, how do you know whether there is a lot happening? Maybe nothing is happening.

Shareholders own the company. I don't need some geek deciding what I "should" know.

For a publicly traded company, this state of affairs is totally unacceptable.
