$1.34 divided by 622 litres = 0.2 cents per litre. according to Sydney water the price for usage ( not the quarterly rates) is 0.186 cents so I guess the difference is how much new stuff they have rights to every year... I mean I have no idea, just thought it was interesting way to look at it.
