I do not think price will fall below 22 cents - why pay 24 when you can pick it from market at 23 - 23.5 or even 22 ? I have doubled my equity yesterday and my average is 25.50 now - the company announcement mentioned they will be profitable this year thought they might have small loss in first half .... those retail investor we bought at very high price are definitely in for a long waiting for share price to bounce back ........ I guess the big institutional investors do see value in running the business as of now even if they decide to sell it once the class settlement is done and dusted they can leverage the business in much better manner to generate the bids that will be higher than COG's
