I think they are very limited in what they can say about progress on Lorenzo within the NHS context - all controlled by confidentiality agreements with CSC is my impression.

CSC and the NHS seem to be tackling criticisms by trying to keep info under wraps and focussing efforts on implementation. Possibly all tied in to negotiations re the South as well, since CSC in the running to take over there.
