No the company is not in a trading halt. It seems there is a bit of a standoff between the buyers and sellers. No seller wants to sell for less than 12c and no buyer want to pay more than 11c. RAC doesn’t have a lot of shares on issue (one of the things that attracted me to the company) and a lot of the company is tightly held so it can be pretty illiquid.
