It it more than a desaster, that on the 5th. largest continent a polpulation with 21 Mill. goes atleast for one generation out of affordability.

But to many peoples ( Govermant agancy, realestate etc. ) stick their hands out to the home owners and want to make an quick buck.

If I'am overseas, I recommend to nobody to come to Australia.
