I doubt it, but I'm no expert in cobalt processing. Then again WFE are not able to comment on that either as there are no cobalt processing experts in the company. Also there has not been any metallurgicals released by the company about the cobalt that is planned to be produced either.

Now the company has run out of funds to do the testing required, good pick up @JoshuaL !!
