It is just the shorters playing games with the share prices. If you remove the short seller transactions, the real trading price is likely still sitting at 40c. But everyone sells for different/valid reason, so I respect their decision.

I hear the frustration. But that's the biotech shares, it will sit flat for a period of time (or get shorted regularly) until investors realise its potential, with or without announcements. And can spike up very quickly.

I can also understand some of the investors like to follow the shorters, to make a small profit. I have made the same mistake, for selling a portion of one of my stocks, just before it headed north sharply, and have never fall back.

In the case of OCC, news on J&J trials and partnership will see the sp goes up significantly, and will stay there.
