Clearly. APG board historically come out with announcements that have no lead up. In other words announcements come out of the blue. Previous announcements over the last twenty years h ave been the same. My contention is that they have a deal with Jian the Chinese are going to invest big time into the zinc process as they want to meet environmental requirements in their steel mills. Remember they shut them down to reduce smog. The Chinese do business by stealth and Minmetals is behind all of this. Vingo Resouce Group will send the APG Sp up to at least ten cents quickly. Historically APG share price can rocket up quickly. Whatcha this space Jian is smart he is chinese and as you can see has a huge connection with many companies and his personal network is extensive. Getting rid of the rutile tech is just a matter of cleaning up to get ready for the explosion in the new tech plant in Newcastle. Remember Apg will build one full scale plant in NSW in conjunction with Jian and Bingo Holdings and Minmetals.
