Thanks CPG ... this could just be a very bad decision. Apart from not accepting the settlement, they have destroyed every relationship with GSK. It is a double wammy. Even though they might have the chance of winning, they don't have the money to continue the case for years. I got out after the last quarter report as it will take another 3 months before the next GSK report.
