I'm too lazy to troll through all the back announcements. But they have been talking about FID for the last 18 months or more. FEED is currently being done. Which is another reason why the Caley flowtest is uber important. Last comments I saw on development stated they were hoping to fast track oil production with a full blown gas development being done later.
