Do the key milestones refer to Milestone payments? or just we have good things happening?
But for me it's the last sentence that's of interest.
'Our process to evaluate potential transactions, advised by Torreya a global investment bank specialising in life sciences, will continue in the fourth quarter gien the importance of these near term milestones.'
What does this mean, no deal, no bites or no offer that we are willing to accept? do we even have interest?
I bet this is what's making it price sensitive.
