Late news release of Albidon Limited (Posted on Commsec Protrader at 5:40PM and Appendix 3B at 5:50PM).
The upshot of the news is that Mr Nick Day is resigning as Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary.
The 3B notice is on the issue of 30,000 ordinary shares following the exercise of 30,000 options at $1.05 to raise $31,500....Seems like a small amount for a company with a market cap of $400m to be bothered with...?
