Am I missing something in thinking there has been a gross over-reaction to a "warts 'n' all" independant report

By my reading it indicates potential while highlighting hurdles and obstacles

I see the term "encouraging" is used and a clear upward trend in the Indian Iron Ore stats

Am i being naive/blindly optimistic?

ps: I was never expecting to make millions on the back of this report alone...... what fool was?
