Page 5, the distribution is lower than the AFFO per unit which therefore implies a sustainable payout ratio.

Unless you are actually suggesting this is entirely fabricated and two of the big 4 auditors have been fooled, alongside the ATO and large investment firms who look at this with a microscope (such as the recent japanese investors).

The auditors and the ATO do work of a very high standard and do not take their work lightly.

What's more likely, this grand conspiracy or a bunch of shorters putting together a sloppy report full of emotional language and very few facts. Several posters have already debunked many of their claims and from the get-go they did not understand how an Australian REIT functioned.

Innocent until proven guilty, where is the smoking gun? Why can't these shorters present any actual evidence other than making claims which sound scary but contain several logical fallacies?

They don't dare make their claims here in Australia for one reason. They are afraid of doing so because they are unable to use the truth defense. If they were 100% sure their claims were true, they would not fear litigation and yet they hide in foreign jurisdictions and disclaimers.

I bought more based on the above, if I am wrong I'll be the first to admit it but looking at all the evidence occam's razor suggests that I am not. RFF and the directors have a right to a presumption of innocence.
