Only half of the director shares were escrowed. The 25th September allows them to sell 100pc of them. I suppose it would make sense to ditch them all at once if that were the case as selling the half you had would make everyone scramble for the exit.
Possibly the company may be in a closed period pending sumitomo looking in.
