Formulating the legalities for a JV is time consuming and comprehensive. It needs to be done right to ensure it is open and accountable to all shareholders.

We as shareholders need to keep focused on what we want the company to achieve once the JV is in place, not how quickly the company can get it signed up.

As we don't know who the other party is we also don't know what factors are playing a part in the delays, such as time differences.

Lets allow the company sufficient time to do the deal and achieve the best outcome for us, then comment.

In my opinion the market cap has significant room for movement back to the norm we saw up to 12 months ago, and the right deal will make this move back to those levels and higher.

Dependant on the terms of the JV the SP will react when reinstated to normal trade.
