Yep, that is true, Downgrades after the CTD outlook and the SP falling on constant media noise.
However unlike our subjective views 4 traders analysis is objective and computer/algorithm based. Ie, avoids human subjectivity.
It 'computer' analyses 1000's of businesses from indices all over the world. Where there is a value gap probabilities are with the consensus containing the higher number of analysts. For example lower probability if there is only 4 or less analysts covering the stock.
For what its worth below is the computer generated comment on the value gap:
"The difference between current prices and the average target price is rather important and implies a significant appreciation potential for the stock."
Its only a measure of probability.
Of course if downgrades continue so will targets and likely the SP.
4 Trader also provides an objective computer/algorithm based analysis of the financials. Its just a bit of a check in relation to our own analysis which is subject to our own subjective bias.
4 Traders analysis has a 4.5 stars out of 5 for its Investor rating for CTD which is pretty good. Obviously its trading rating is now low due to recent downgrades. It has a very high finance rating of 91%.
Its summary is:
"The company has strong fundamentals. More than 70% of listed companies have a lower mix of growth, profitability, debt and visibility criteria."
So you are right it really only tells us what we already know.
