I firmly believe that NT Gov. sees the Basin as an absolute cash cow and large employment solution for the NT economy... A place that will become aa Asian centre for Phosphate production for many years into the future.
NT Government will capitalise on this because any investment that allows Miners (Not just MAK) to lower CAPEX and OPEX and allow The Basin to be sustainable in the long term is an exceptional move and fantastic investment of TAX dollars.
We should all watch this space carefully!
