I look at the Turners deal and think. . . meh.
Why do we want a slice of a smaller pie, is a NZ expansion the right move, is it strategically too early.
CL8 has long courted an automotive major to support Drivemycar within Australia and has failed thus far.
Could Turners really turn CL8 around, while NZ is small the opportunity to be the first in that market with real support potentially could reap significant revenue increases, but this too me is 6-18months down the line as you need to educate & build infrastructure.
For the next 3months what is happening with Carly Sydney and Melbourne (what about Brisbane?), wheres the revenue and vehicles coming from, I suspect all the trickery of moving DMC drivers over to Carly is now complete. . . . now what??
The next 3-6months is the most important, Carnextdoor and Carbar are making moves, are we matching that? .....IMO we need many more deals to support a continuing/noticeable increase in revenue (last 12months have been so poor).
