If that was the case it would not have happened this early. The fact that the leaks came out regarding an "early" sale means that a good price clost to or above book value was achieved. Personally, I dont think that the 4 OZ centres will be sold for anything less than book value.

The only thing I can think of is maybe after paying commissions and existing related debt that the amount left to pay down debt is around the 850million mark.
