I have to laugh that this is now a 6-7 million dollar company.
Performance shares earned by management over the last two years should be canceled.
Management should be explaining themselves to all shareholders why they earn/earned so much.
I bet NM will buy up a lot of cheap shares now, he has played this card before with another company of his. He is great poker player and maybe this was a well played scorched earth strategy to buy up on the cheap. Billion dollar man one day.
