Looks pretty good Batman. lot of reno opportunities in Rockingham but no time to sell at moment.
My current reno is big 7 bedroom 5 bathroom purpose built guest house but run down over years.
Leaves me limited time for trading hence my lack of input on this forum.
I started at the front and I am now 20 metres from back fence working on forest in back yard. Love it .
Will be relaxing retreat for jaded suburbanites. All the best Bat.
