I agree it will be heavily oversubscribed but I can’t see how it has been framed to help out small holders.
If if that’s what the company wanted to do then they would not have given a big chunk to his mates...sorry SIs.
I would say say that it was obviously framed for CATL and the SIs.
Having said that, the CATL board seat (whilst it’s something to continue to monitor), was a VERY shrewd move as it essentially stops CATL from selling.
