Yes I agree CER is unlikely to be a takeover candidate.
Speaking of takeovers and the recent murmors regarding the interest from LaSalle Investment Management, is it common practice for a vendor or marketer to step in as a buyer for properties? I am assuming LaSalle Investment Management are associated with JLL.
Wouldn't there be conflict of interest issues there?
Also from reports at the time of the CAF sale, it is my understanding that LaSalle are not the party CNP has agreed to sell CAF to, although they have been identified as the buyer in recent reports?
Can you clear this up Swap?
Thanks again mate.
