Administration basically equates to it is unofficially no longer listed and reporting obligations are next to zero. Throw out the conventional rule reporting book. You cannot claim a loss on the shares either (DYOR) until the administrator officially advises so as there may be some future returns back to shareholders (as in 10 cents/dollar). Not saying that is the case here but that is the gist of it.
