    MTB been off investor radar for years, you'd think they'd make the most of the spike and get some exposure. But this has been the story for 34 years under Forrester, 'tomorrow is another day' and then nothing happens. Check out the share price under his 'leadership' in 1993 it traded at $10.36, now it trades at $ 0.005.
