    Why?

    Clearly some holders felt strongly enough about it this morning that they felt that they no longer felt management had their interest at heart.

    And they voted with their feet.

    I love that.

    Thats the beauty of the market.

    So far there has been nothing but a good clean exchange of opinion which is so refreshing for an Internet forum.
