A company needs to demonstrate that it has made in excess of $1,000,000.00 in profit over a 3 year period before a applicant can apply or even be considered. This makes sense as we are burning money. Show me a top 300 making a loss! Don't get me wrong, this will be a cash cow, super funds could never invest in this as we speak as they have a duty of care. Having said that they must be sitting back saying WTF. It's great for PAR, we don't need a ASX 300 listing atm
