I once posted on another thread that I was bought up to believe that paying tax was a privilege and that under no circumstance
to cheat on a tax return and muddy my name.
I got the rounds of the kitchen on that but we live in this great country that provides safety nets that even I may need some day.
Someone has to pay it and PAYE's pay their share.
I have once been investigated and it shocked my accountant and I both. Of course I came up cleaner than ever and the poor
tax guy actually apologised for the waste of my time. LOL At least I knew he wouldn't find anything and could
sleep like a baby.
