It will be an interesting couple of months and I can't wait to see the Annual Report and details of the 4 shopping centre sales. Assuming they sell for above book value and the US properties are not projected to fall in value much further (remember inflation allows them to increase rents) it will be an interesting profit projection for 08/09 year.

I wish I understood market sentiment - I reckon it must be once bitten twice shy.
