Not my reading of it. Paul was busting a gut trying to get this deal across the line. Many on this forum promoted this potential deal as the saviour and vindication of the quality of WW and the pathway for more deals to come. Trying to paint it as if Norwood decided to pass on the deal is preposterous. This was one of the deals that Norwood was forced kicking and screaming by the ASX into informing the market that it had fallen through.
He's fallen on his feet with TC going elsewhere.
