3. take your pick. Maybe It had to be manipulated to the CR price for psychological reasons to approve the deal. (or maybe buyers just stay away until its cleared) - buyers wont fight the manipulator , and without certainty why would they ? All stocks struggle with finance, but if TON emerges with non dillutive finance it will be the cream of the milk vat.
4. would be great if a cornerstone investor also took a supportive market influence (buying up weak hands on market) , but how can they do that if they cant creep up their positions ?
4+ Maybe some of our other JV interests could be structured to take a minority position, on market, in lou of JV with other assets ? Or are there related parties to JHT who could soak up weak hands ? Really, market support is what would be appreciated from the shareholder pov from cornerstone investors, change market perception to cup hulf full. re-rate sp.
5. Perhaps flat out, but they do reply sometimes even weeks afterwards.
