OXR shareholders generally had a great relationship with management.
It seems since ZFX started getting their claws into management it has only gone downhill.
We have not been updated properly on progress at the mines since the deal was announced.
Clearly management didn't think enough of shareholders to ask for our vote even.

Why should we try to negotiate with them now that they completely disregard our views for 4 months.

$60,000 is a small price to pay for the $6billion thats been wiped of the entities since they did the deal.
If we get one director removed, it will pay for itself.

Well debate was not allowed at either of the AGM's or EGM's that have been held in the last three months.
