The 2 wells are necessary to move the resource to a reserve
Some large institutions have mandates they can only touch assets in the reserve category
I know ive dealt with a few major companies prior and they wouldn't touch a stock no matter how good the resource looked
till the company spent the time and money to derisk and move to reserve
not saying wgo wont get a takeover or funding before
but reserve they can go out to everyone with confidence
