The low SP may be reflecting the time value of money concept, dollar today is worth more than a dollar tomorrow, since the drill is over six months away. Clearly, as the drill date closes in so the SP will begin rising because 88E announcements indicate that the drill has a relatively low risk relative to the significant rewards. Which in game theory would would make it an excellent wager.
