you mention the hard work that has gone into getting ORN to this point, all the hurdles cleared etc, which has been impressive but someone quite clearly wants to take advantage of that at shareholders expense. this is an age old tactic, keep sp suppressed for as long as possible while the aforementioned hurdles are cleared then offer some pitiful figure to take over company. they will offer something in the 5-6 cent range and tell us how good a price it is considering sp in recent months even though they would have been solely responsible for sp action.
